Some may only go to @ElReyDeLasFritas for their great Frita, but those that know go for the great food. Ever since they were on the corner of 12 Ave and Calle Ocho, this Pan con Chorizo was one of my favorites. And, it still is to this day. Their menu is pretty extensive covering all the usual latin sandwiches and even has hot foods like Bistek de Palomilla, Vaca Frita, and Chicharrones de Pollo. MJ loves their Beef Soup. 🚨 Hotness Alert 🚨 The @Pincho Miami Hot Chicken sandwich is delicious. I can’t hold my heat and I’m happy to say this was perfect for me. Not too spicy (that I lose taste and start tearing up). Had just a slight heat to it that was nicely countered by the Miami-style slaw (a little sweet) and pickles. And the classic El Crispy patty brought the crunch. Well hello beautiful. I’ve missed @BurgerFi since they closed their store in Coral Gables. Now, I very rarely order for delivery since there are none near me (and delivery services are hit-or-miss as you all know). Had a craving the other night and I took a chance and ordered it. This is their Burger-Fi Cheeseburger, which is actually a double with lettuce, tomato, and Fi sauce. It really hit the spot.
